1.     Spearheaded the redesign of the school Coffee Shop:   procured a $10,000 grant, managed interior design of 300 s.f., signage design,  installed new card reader system, taught the new system to challenged students who work in the coffee shop, increased sales by 100%.

5.     Eagle Scout Project Leader:  Project included a fundraiser to procure funds for building materials, researched and designed an obstacle course for rescued dogs with psychological disorders, lead a team of 10 Boy Scouts to build the course, oversaw the installation for the Greater Humane Society of Kansas City.

7.     Philmont Scout Ranch Trek Leader:  Lead a group of 15 men to hike and camp 128 miles over 12 days.  Skills included orienteering for group, making decisions on how far to go each day depending on the status and ability of the group, divided gear  appropriately among the men to carry, allocated camp duties according to abilities.
